It is hard to believe that my little man is turning three in less than a
month. Recently we were talking about how he was going to be a big boy
so I asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up. Did he want to be a
superhero, fireman, etc he said "no I want to be like you Daddy!"
Hearing Derek's comment was certainly very touching but also a sobering
reminder of my responsibility as his Dad. I am very thankful that Derek
wants to be like me when he grows up and by God's grace I can emulate a
Godly father.
