Snow Cream

With all the snow we have had lately, we try to enjoy as much of it as possible. One thing we decided to try was Snow Cream. We have heard a lot of people rave about it so we decided to try it with our most recent snow fall.

Snow Cream Recipe

1 cup milk

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

6+ cups of clean snow

Combine milk, vanilla, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in snow, one cup at a time until snow cream forms. Freeze for several minutes before serving.
